How quickly will someone reply?

Within one working day, usually sooner. The reply comes from a person on the Zaaf team.

Will you test my domain because I named it?

No. Naming a domain lets us read public information about it before we reply. Nothing is sent to it as a test; testing starts only after a written scope you sign.

I need a report for a buyer next week. Is that possible?

Say so in the message and include the deadline. We tell you honestly whether a useful Countermind fits in that time.

Can you sign an NDA first?

Yes. Mention it in the message and we send ours, or review yours, before you share details.

Do you work outside Türkiye?

Yes. Zaaf works with teams in any time zone, in English.

Is Zaaf a pentest firm?

Not in the certified sense. Countermind is AI-led, human-verified security work; where a buyer requires a test from an accredited firm, we say so and do not pretend to replace it.
